When will I receive my order?

If you place an order on a working day before 11:00 PM, we aim to ship it the same day. However, we would like to emphasize that this is not always feasible, for example if a product is out of stock. For this reason, an indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page.

Can I still cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, you have the option to cancel it. I have received a damaged item. What should I do now?

If your order is damaged or not in good condition upon receipt, we request that you report this to us within 14 days of receipt. We kindly ask you to also attach images to speed up the assessment of the situation.
