Looking for the sunglasses, watch or piece of jewelry that suits you? You can find your new favorite sunglasses in the following ways:

• View the categories in the menu at the top of the website
• Use the search bar at the top of the page

Placing an order is very easy: 

• Go to the product of your choice
• Choose your size (if there are different sizes)
• Click on the 'Add to cart' button
• Click on the cross to continue shopping
• Enter your details and go through all the steps
• At the end of the 'Payment' step, when the purchase has been completed, the order is final
• It is still possible to make changes before the order has been paid and confirmed. If you want to change anything about the order after this, you can contact our customer service. 
• You will receive an order confirmation by email when the order has been successfully placed.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will receive shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been processed. You will then receive a track & trace from your chosen carrier. Here you can see all updates regarding shipping. 

It is possible that your order confirmation and shipping confirmation have accidentally ended up in your 'spam' inbox. If you have not received anything here, please feel free to contact us. We will then help you to ensure that everything has been completed correctly and that we have received your order correctly. 

It is possible to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been processed. Would you like to cancel your order or change the address? Please contact us as soon as possible. This way we can see whether a cancellation or change of address is still possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order, such as a different color or size of sunglasses, watch or jewelry.
